Let me be honest, I can sometimes be hard to please, I will admit that. But, when I am pleased with a purchase I make sure to make it known and hope everyone who loves their pet will enjoy this as much as I. I loved how fast the company reached out to me to get started on a sketch of my cat from the picture I sent them. The sketch was perfect on the first try and the shipping was fast as well. When I received my tote bag, well I was a little speechless on how good it looked! The sketch picture is on both sides of the tote bag and I loved how they can customize it to have the pets name on the corner of the picture. I love it, I can't say more good things about! If your thinking about gifting this to someone or buying it for yourself, DO IT!
