WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? Most of our products take 4-6 Business days to ship. If you order an item that requires customization other that just changing text in a design it is 4-6 business days after art approval by our customer. Please check your email regularly and whitelist support@peakfamilygifts.com or check your spam. All shipping is economy and can take up to 6 days. If you need it sooner, please contact us and we can try to help arrange faster delivery.

WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to the email you used when checking out. If you don’t have this email 5 days after your order or art approval, then please check your spam folder.
